Managing Your Account

Your account gives you access to personalized features, booking history, and saved preferences.

Account Creation

If you haven't created an account yet:

  1. Click "Sign Up" in the top right corner of our website
  2. Enter your email address and create a secure password
  3. Fill in your personal details (name, contact information)
  4. Verify your email address by clicking the link sent to your inbox

Profile Management

To update your profile information:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Click on your profile icon or name in the top right corner
  3. Select "Profile" or "Account Settings"
  4. Update your personal information, contact details, or profile picture
  5. Save your changes

Account Security

Keep your account secure with these options:

  • Change your password regularly (recommended every 3-6 months)
  • Enable two-factor authentication for added security
  • Review recent login activity for any suspicious behavior
  • Manage connected applications and devices

Tip: Use a strong, unique password for your account. Consider using a password manager to generate and store complex passwords securely.

Your booking history provides access to all your past, current, and upcoming travel arrangements.

Accessing Your Bookings

To view your booking history:

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Navigate to "My Trips" or "Booking History" in your account dashboard
  3. Browse through current and past bookings

Booking Details

Each booking entry includes:

  • Booking reference number
  • Travel dates and destinations
  • Passenger information
  • Payment details and receipts
  • Flight, hotel, and other service details
  • Booking status (confirmed, completed, canceled)

Managing Bookings

From your booking history, you can:

  • View complete itinerary details
  • Download or print booking confirmations
  • Make changes to upcoming bookings (when eligible)
  • Cancel reservations (subject to cancellation policies)
  • Request special services or assistance

Note: Bookings made without an account (as a guest) won't appear in your booking history even after creating an account. Always book while logged in to maintain a complete history.

How to Update Preferences

  1. Log in to your account

Tip: Keeping your preferences up-to-date helps us provide personalized recommendations and can speed up the booking process for future trips.

Unsubscribing

Note: Even if you unsubscribe from marketing communications, you'll still receive essential transactional emails related to your bookings, such as confirmation emails, itinerary updates, and security notifications.
