  1. Enter your travel details in the search form (origin, destination, dates, passengers)
  2. Browse through available flights and select one that suits your preferences
  3. Select any additional services like baggage or seat selection
  4. Fill in passenger information and contact details
  5. Review your booking details before proceeding to payment
  6. Complete payment using your preferred method
  7. Receive booking confirmation via email

Once confirmed, you can access your booking details in your account dashboard anytime.

Changing Your Reservation

Need to make changes to your booking? Here's what you need to know:

Types of Changes

  • Date changes (adjusting departure or return dates)
  • Passenger information corrections
  • Flight changes (different routes or times)
  • Adding extra services (baggage, meals, etc.)

Change Process

  1. Log in to your account and navigate to "My Bookings"
  2. Select the booking you wish to modify
  3. Click on "Modify Booking" and select the type of change
  4. Follow the instructions to make your desired changes
  5. Review any fee changes or additional costs
  6. Confirm and pay any difference if applicable

Note: Change fees vary based on fare type, timing, and destination. Premium and flexible fares offer more favorable change conditions.

We currently accept Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) as our primary payment method for all bookings.

Your banking information is handled securely by your financial institution during the EFT process. We do not store your sensitive bank account details on our servers.

  • Verify recipient details carefully before submitting payment.

Payment Processing

EFT payments may take 1-3 business days to reflect in our account. Your booking will be confirmed once the payment is successfully received and reconciled.

Please send proof of payment to [email protected] with your Booking ID as the subject to expedite the confirmation process.
